Received- Tuesday, 10' a.m. LONDON, April 5. All Olympic Games competitors will receive heavy industrial work-ers'-rations, with a'dditional aliowances of milk, chocoiate and sweets, "meat, bacon, sugar, cheese, fats, bread and potatoes; according to an. announcement by the Minister of Food, -Mr. John Strachy. Overseas Olympic committees could send food to their own teams free of duty.
