Second Oil Pipe Line Across Palestine Authorised

The British Govei'nimpeit has authorised the High Commissionsr for Palestine to grant a franchise fcr the construction of another pipe line across Palestine to ths fraq Petroleum Company, which "peTates the pipe line from Iraq to Haifa, says the New York Times.. 'The company, which is composed f British, Ameriean, Dutch and French oil interests, has agreed to pay £45,000 annually for the franchise." •
