General Oiay ordered the withdrawal of the Ameriean military gtlard from the German railway headquarters this mornihg when he lepned that th^ Russian armed guards had voluntarily left the buildings Eight of the nine Russians who were in the railway headquarters When the Amerieans surrounded it marehed out early this morning. General Eetroff is believed to have remaiiied iti the building.
