The allocations include 5,300,000,000 for the European reeoverv p'rogramme, 275.000,001) for further* military aid to Greece and Turkey, 420,000,-' * 000 for econornic help *t0 Ghiira. 150,000,000 for militarv help to China aud 60,000,000 for the' United Nations , Children 's Fund. . The Bill will be broxight to the floor ' 'of the Ilouse ixext week where it is lxoped it will be passed before April 1 — 13 davs before the^Ttalian elections. Tlxe Senate Foreign Relatiohs Commitfee today also approved the 275,000,000 dollars alJoeation to Greece and Turkey. j
