s barton as the omcial delegation left for Moscow to discuss the proposed treaty of military assistahce and friendship with the Soviet Union. A small group of Communists; at one end of the station broke into Finnish Communist Party ahd Workers' songs ih competition with the National Afithem. ( The delegation's departUre coincided with the disclosure th'at Russia had claimed 140,000,000 more marks ffom Finlahd as compehsatioh for her shafe of dividends and mterest accruing fi«om former German-owiied enterprises in Finland which have been ceded to Russia.
