The response was made by Mr. Feftn. Mr. R. FoWler propoSed the toast of the N.Z.R.S.A., South African Veterans' Association . and Merchant Marine. Acknowledging his remarks, the. president of the Levin branch.of the N.Z.R.S.A., Mr. N. M. Thomson, said that servicemeii's reunions served a very useful ptirpose ih that they fortified and made even more solid the spirit of co-operation exiisting between the R.S.A. and H.S.A. Those relations stood on a very high plan'e and today it v/as well that they .'should contiftue thus. That co'-operation was all the more desirable in a time such as the present.
