GISBORNE, March 18. A strong protest o.ver the creation by the Government of highly salaried positions of organising secretaries and. other officials for the Aid to Britain campaign was made by the Chamber ot Commerce. The chamber deeided to send a letter to the Prime Minister on these lines and declarixjg it was- a gx'oss waste of public money.
