Progress Of Dannevirke's Composting Scheme
The Dannevirke Borough Gouncil's composting scheme is reporte'C to.be developing very sucoessfullv and is now dealing with all household refuse with the exception of pins,. bottles and glassware, according to a letter received from the engiheeiyMr. H. A. Freeman, by Mr. A. W. Parton, of Levin. Outside interest is still very gre'at. "During the past few weeks I have had numerous letters from Australia, Tasmania, South Africc and South America," wrote Mr Freeman.
