The 16 nation conference which meecs in Paris on March 15 to discuss the European recovery pnogramme is expec.ted to'decide to appomt a permanent European Economic Cabinet," with power to supervise and organise mutual help betwen the Marshall plan nations, says Reuter's diplomatic correspondent.
