Leftist Tinge To Finland's Moscow Party
Received Wednesday, 10.15 a.m. HELSINKI, March 9. Catinet has appointed a Leftisttinged delegation for the Moscow talks on a Russo-Fmnish friendship and mutual assistance treaty. Three membrrs, however, represent Parliomentary groups opposed to a military alliance with Russia. The Socialist Prime Minister, M. Mauno Pekkala, and the Foreign Mmister, M. Carl Enckell flndependent) lead the delegation. The faiks are expected to begin on Mar"h 20.
