It is ofiicially "annouuced that the five powers discussing a Western European Union have agreed on seven points— mostly economic, but including some state-ments of principle — ancl have submitted them to a drafting committee., Advisers . are also report'ed t6 be working out, at Belgium's suggestiott, a formula on arbitfation before the Xnternational Court m , the event of any differences between the five countries.
A British spokesman said it .'is expected 'that the flnal pact will include a dozen articles. An earlier .report said that' the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg •delegates had agreed oh the form of their reply to the sAnglo-French proposals for a Western European Union. The " proposed treaty is expected to be finalised rapidly ^today.
