DR. BENES ORDERED REST
PRAGUE, March 4. Doctors have ordered the Czech President, Dr. Benes, complete rest because of iliness, says an official announcement. Dr. Benes remains at his country residence. It is understcod that the Communist Prime Mmister, M. Gottwald, will carry out the Presidential duties. !
