Received Thursday, 10 a.m. FR ANKFURT , March 3. United States Army offlcers revealed that 10,000 or more Russian troops had in the past month moved to an area near the bo'rders of the Czechoslovakia and United States zone. The offiafers said that there did not appear to be cause for alarm, because the movements might be i'elated to the Red Army's spring manoeuvres.
