In a match played on the home courts against Te Horo last SaturI'day, the St. Joseph's Tennis Club's team secured a eomfortable victory, winning by 14 sbts to 2. In a match against Otaki the previous week, Otaki won by 9 sets to 7. One of the club's most popular and brightest members, H. McPherson, has been transferred to Auckland anfl' will beTeavihg this week. With him will go the best wishes of -the members. Thanks are due Oiice again to Mr. D."
