P. Lewin. Particular attentlon vas paid to the president rs report of progress in connection with tho association 's overtime and penal rate claims on whicli the decision of Ihe (lovernment is now awaited, and to consideration of 1'uUm uctfon on this matter. Report s were also received as to pro. gress made by the conimittee which is. at present inquiring into niargins and anomalies in state service wages and as to the association 's request that a trihunal be set up to govern wages and couditions in those departments co:i Irolled by the Pubiic Service Commis sion.
