Received Thursday, 10.25 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 18. A car in which the Duke of Edinburgh was driving with Princess Elizabeth from their home in Kensington Palace to Buckingham Palace collided with a taxi near Buckingham Palace. Neither the Duke nor Princess Elizabeth were injured.
