HOW TO OBTAIN COUPONS
. Motor vehicle owners in the Levin district will apply for their petrol coupons at the motor registration branch of the Levin Post Office, where, in accordance with the Minister's announcement, they will be available as from tomorrow. No forms will require to be filled in, explained the postmaster, Mr. A. V. Morgan, today. It would be necessary for the vehicle owner to make application persojially, or if this was not possible the person authofised to collect the coupons would need to have the owner's written authority.
