Blasting A Path Through Russian "Road-Block"

"We may find it again convenient to use the atom bomb, to> blast the road block that Russia has create'd," said Senatoj Melbcio, Arranz, the Philippines member of the United Nations Korean Cqmmission today. Senator Arranz, who returned from Korea to serve as: President pro tem of the Philippines Senate session, was addressing a. meeting. He did not elaborate on the atom bomb reference, hut said- he believed that Russian expansion must be stopped before the Korean situation" beeame more serious.
