Monthly Sitting Of Otaki Court
The monthly sitting of the Magistrate's Court in Otaki was held yesterday, Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., presiding. • Having no driver's licence cost Ivy Spiller 30s, with 12s costs. Charged with having nb warrant of fitness for a motor vehicle, Waiwai'Ruru was fined £2, with 12s costs. William Boyd Kincard was charged with exceeding the speed limit in the Otaki Borough. He was fined £2, with 12s costs. A similar pharge against Carl Larsen.brought a fine of £5, with 10s costs. - Foi4' dri'ving' a^lttbtor4 vehicl'e^lif a dangerous manner John Caverhill McLaren was fined £3, with l'2s costs. It was said to be his' first offence. A fine of £2 10s, with 10s costs, was imposed on Myra Gertriide Henderson for exceeding the speed limit in a restricted areq,. Civil Cases J. M.. Simcox v. Jiin Hbulilian £10, costs £1 12s 6d; J. J. Caldwell and Son v. A. H. Miles £69 5s 4d, costs £4 19s 6d; J. E. Southgate v. A. L. Williams £8 15s, costs £1 11s 6d. ■
