Record In Driving Licences Expected
The number of motor drivers' licences issued to 'date by the Levin Borough , Couneil " has already exceeded .the total for the last licensing year with flve months still remaining. A record number of licences is expected. For the iast licensing year, which ended on June 30, 1947, a total of 1061 licences were issued. TO date 1100 licences have been issued fof the current year, this as against 1014 issued Up to Februarv 6, 1947.
