Workers Must Carry Out Russian Plan
Received Thursdav, 7 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 29. ' AVorkers ' Courts" have been established in the Russian zone of Germany to deal with German workers who, according to the Taeglisehe Rundschau, the Russian Armv newspaper in Berlin, have failed to carry out the Russian plans for industrial production in the Eastern European eeonomie system. These courts, the paper says, ' ' are already playing a great part in improv-" ing the discipline of workers." German political and industrial Jeaders in tlie zone. are warned to be more cooperative towards tlie Russian plans. "The attitude of these people must be broken," the paper says.
