Workers Must Carry Out Russian Plan

' AVorkers ' Courts" have been established in the Russian zone of Germany to deal with German workers who, according to the Taeglisehe Rundschau, the Russian Armv newspaper in Berlin, have failed to carry out the Russian plans for industrial production in the Eastern European eeonomie system.
