Received Friday, 1 a.m. ALELBOURXE, Jan. 22. With the temperature at 104 degrees today, Alelbourhe is getting a belated run of extreme heat after cooi early summer eonditions. The hottest plac'e in A'ictoria today was Mildura, 050 uiiles north-west of Melbou rue, whero tlO degrees was recorded. All parts oi the Btate have reported over l()i) degrees. , Thirteen separate bush lires are re ported in various areas.
