Received Tucsday, 7 p.xn. LONDON, Jan. 20. The fact that the Russian Govornment owes Eire betwoen £2000 and £4000 for which aa official of tho first Russian Revolutiouary Government plcdged certain jewels in 1919, was aisclosed by Mr. de Valera at an election meeting in County Cork. Mr. de Valera said the money was lent to the Russians in New York when one of their officials found difficulty in obtaining American finance after the revolution. The loan was never repaid.
