Fighting Breaks Ont In Santander State
Reneived Wednesday, 10.10 a.m. CARACAS (Venezuela), Jan. 20. Fighting has broken out between Oovernment troops under General Gustavo Matamoros and Liberal i" evolutionary groups in the Columbian state of Santander, a report to E1 Nacional, said today. It ad-ded that the revolutionist's liad been defeated .in . their first i encounter. j Santander State borders on I Venezuela.
