YOUNG MILITANTS GET LIFE SENTENCE
Received Wednesday, 10.40 a.m. JERUSALEM, Jan. 20.' A military court sentenced three boys, aged 15 to 16, and a 17-year-cld girl to life imprisonment for possessing arms, firing at policemen and a British Army captain "nd taking part in illegal military training. In London it is said that the Foreign Office is sceptical about reports that the Jewish Agency bought Auster aircraft and barbed v/ire as surplus stores from the British authorities in Palestine. It v/as also reported that the Agency bought 400 Lewis guns. A Foreign Office spokesman said that if he discovered that the re-; ports had any basis of truth, the' f.ales would have been directly contrary to British policy.
