The Parliamentary sub-commit-tee which visited Germany in Sep-i tember, 1947, has urged an investiyation into the whole question of monetary reform in Germany. "The present chaos has donej more t'o discourage German pro-l uuction than almost any other fac- ! tor," the report added.
