AUCKLAND, Jan. 18. The introduetion of interuational instrument hying rules into civil aviation in New Zealand on January 1, had its first pronounced effect during the vveekend when the Weather stanclurds in sonie areas fell below the presciibed ininima and all intcrnal services of the Kational Airways Corporation were delayed. The plane from Christchurch to Auckland, on Saturday afternoon was about two hours late in arriving at Mangere and one aircraft wliieh was en route to Christchurch from Wellington, was diverted to Blenheim for a period. All flights were eventually completed.
