HOROWHENUA'S FIXTURES The challenge flxture for the Goldfinch and Cousins Cup will be played by a Horowhenua representative cricket team on Thursday, when they will meet Southern ! Hawke's Bay at Dannevirke, The I cup, which is competed for among Ithe minor associations afflliated to ithe Manawatu Association, was iheld by Horowhenua for some years i-until they lost it to . the ■ 'present holders two years s ago. Players are reminded that I cars will leave the Levin Post Office |atv7.30 a.m. Horowhenua senior A and B | representative's will -meet teams from Feilding at Levin on Saturn jday. Both games will eominence at 10.30 a.m. The A game will be ; played 011 the Weraroa cricket (field, while the B match will take 1 place at the Levin Park Domain. The Horowhenua senior A team twill be the same as the one for the ' Goldfinch and Cousins Cup match, : except that S. Holden will take the place of C. Carmont as 11th man, I while B.
