When he came in contact with a live wire while engaged in repairirig an eiectric winch at the Blacks ball State mine shortly after 12.30 ; p.m. yesterday, an apprentice elec- : trician •'received a shock from which he died a few minutes later. "IHe. was— Keith David Cochrane, 18, single, of Blackball. / Mr. Cochrane' was working with another apprentice, Mr. Hugh Me- ; Dougall, when the accident occurred.
