BRAZIL COMMUNISTS OUSTED
RIO DE JANIERO, Jan. 7. President Dutra tonight signed a Bill ousting Communist legislators throughout Brazil. Tempers flared while the measure was being debated in the Chamber of Deputies. Two deputies drew revolvers,. but were prevented from firing them by other members. The Act applies to all Communist legislators, whether national, state or municipal.
