, AUCKLAND, Jan. 7: One more case of infantile paralysis, was reported in the Central Auckland health district; today. The patient was an adult from the northern part of' the Waitemata County who was admitted to Auckland Hospital on Tuesday as a suspeet. Three cases from the hosfpital have been transferred to a new ward opened at Middlemore Huspital for patients who have passed the infectious stago and require orthopaedic and physiotherapy treatment. There were 54 positive and live suspeet cases in 'Auckland Hospital tuni ght. ' Whc-n asked about the reopening of schools, the Medical Officer of -Health at Auckland," Dr. L. 8. Davis, said the cpiestion was not even being considered at the present time.
