' The sudden death occurred recently in Auckland of Mr. George Otho Barber at the age of 77 years. He was a brother of Mr. W. E. Barber, of Motuiti. ' Mr. John Kissell, B.A., Dip. Ed., who has been appointed mathematics master at Horowhenua College, is at present visiting Levin with Mrs Kissell. At the time of his new appointment - Mr. Kissell was science master at the Pahiatua District High School. Mrs. Kissell is secretary of the Pahiatua Plunket Society.
