CIVIC THEATRE
THURSDAY & FRIDAY The Falcon«has one of his rougliest and toughest adventures in RKO Radio's '"The Falcon in San Francisco," - which screens at the Civic Theatre on Thursday and Friday, with Tom Conway in another of his popular characterisation of the famous s.uper-sleuth tracking down murderers and silk smugglers along- San Francisco's waterf ront. The second attraction is "Hayseeds," starring Cecil Kellaway. The story is about the Hayseeds, a typical Australian family, who cause many laughs before the final curtain rings down. They have their ups and downs, but still they come up smiling. When originally made, this film was designed for Australian audiences, but the Hayseeds made the world laugh at their queer mannerisms. We could give you a story, but words can never express the antics of the original Hayseeds.
