- Received Sundav, 7 p.m. CANBLRRA, Dec. 27. The Tndians had useful batting praetice in ideal conditions today against the Southern New South Wales attaek. which laeked variety and paee. The chief contrilmtors to the total of 364 for nine wickets were Sen, who opened the innings confidently but succ.umbed to a new ball in sight of his century; Kai Singli, who began sedately and iater pulled and drove vigorouslv; and Hazare, who batted with his customary 4'raee and masterv.
