NAVAL STOKER KILLED BY FALL UNDER TRAIN

WELLINGTON, Dec. 28. When he fell under the 3.42 p.m." Auckland relief express as it was leaving the platform at Wellington on Hat urday, a naval stoker was killed instantly. He was Khvs Williams, aged 21, of II.M.S. Philomel, whose father, Mr. David Williams, lives at 9 Union Street, Papanui, Christchurch. He was apparently attempting to board the train as it was moving out.
