FRENCH DISORDERS PART OF CONCERTED ATTACK
Received Monday, 10 a.m. PARIS, Dec. 21. The recent disorders in Frahce and Italy were part of a concerted offensive by the newly-formed Cominform, and more probably worse attacks might come in the spring, said the Minister of the Interior, M. Jules Moch, today. M. Moch said it was clear that there had been a concerted offensive on an international . level against the Marshall plan. ' Thc recent French troubles were designed to train the militants — the commandos — in readiness for the next series.
