HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS The following hours will be I observed at tbe Otaki Post Office !over the Christmas and New Year ; holidays. I December 24 and 31: The usual hours will be observed. The money , order and savings bank branch 'closes at 4 p.m. Final mails will close at 5 p.m. as follows: Levin via Palmerston North, Palmerston I North and northern, Wellington ! and southern via Palmerston North. December 25 and 26, January 1 and 2: The office will be closed in all branclies except the telephone exchange, which is open continuously. December 27 and January 3: The j usual hours of attendance will be ■ observed. Telegrams may be i handed in at the Tasman Street ■entrance befcween 9 a.m. and 11.30 i j a.m. Postmen's deliveries will be ' made as usual. Mails will close as ! follows: Palmerston North and1 northern 9 45 a.m., Wellington andj southern 11 a.m.
