RUSSIA WINS CONCESSIONS IN TRADE PACT
Received Xundav, 7.10 p.m. LOXDOX, Dec. 14. In the Xew Anglo-Russian trade agreement, the Russians vvon the deb' coneessions which they were refused in the abortive negotiations in Julv, states the Xundav Times' diplomatic correspondent. The outstanding amount of debt owing to Britain under the civil supplies agreement of 1941 has been considerably redueed — to somewhere near £50,000,000. Russia will beneiit from a four-year nioratot'iuni and the repayment period will b.e extended by live years to twelve. Finally the interest rate will be redueed from two per eent. to one-half per eent. Originally it was four per eent, Failing any hitch the iirst shipments of grain for Britain should be available at Xovorossisk in January,
