HIGH PRAISE FOR QUALITY OF N.Z. LAMB
Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 10. A tribute to the luanner m which the New Zealand meat trade is maintaining the quality of its lamh exports to Britain, is contained in this montli's issne of the British meat trades journal which puhlishes the following report from the Portsmouth hranch of the Meat Traders* Association: "Complaints have heen ventilated from time to time ahout the condition of imported meat hut some of the New Zealand lam bs recently received in Portsmouth have been outstanding in quality. vve have naa suppnes oi amerent Kinas and varieties oi meat from all over the world and most producers seem to have taken advantage of the present utuaiion to unload anything on four legs as meat irrespective of quality. New Zealand lamh, however, still maintains its pre ,Tar quality and we find that when we receive aliocations of this we lino v exactly what to expect."
