PUBLICATION OF MALAYAN WAR STORY
Received Tuesdav, 11.3 p.m. LOXDOX, Dee. 9. Another appeal for the puWlication oi his Alalayan dispatches was made by L.ieut. -General A. E. Percival at a London dinner last night of seve-ral hundred, offieers who served in the Alalava campaign. General Percival said he did noi blame the War Office but he hoped that in fairness to the, brave men who fought there, the Government would now release the story. According to the Daily Mail, General Percival 's story is lilcely to appear within the next week or so. The Mai! says the War Office has all along favour ed itnuiediate publication but it was taken out of its hands.. The new Wat Alinister, Afr. Shinwell, has now interested himself in it.
