Received Tuesday, 10.15 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 8. T-he Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin el Hussini, and tne Frime Mimster of Trans-Jordan, Samir el Ral'aie Pasha, arrived in Cairo for a meeting of fhe Arab League council, reports the Associated Press' Cairo correspondent. Samir el Rafaie Pasha said: "The whole Arab nation is volunteering to save Palestine." The Mufti of Jerusalem said: "Words are useless. We shali draw our swords from their sheaths and let them do the taiking." Unprecedented security measures were taken for the meeting. Its venue was kept a secret until a couple of hours before it began, when it was announced that it would be held at the Foreign Affairs Ministry. The precautions wfre mainly due to the Mufti's presence.
