A good yarding of cows ex-dairy met with keen 'demand from a medium bench of buyers at the monthly stock sale, held at Messrs. Abraham and Williams' yards. Prices realised were as follows: — Fat cows, ex-dairy £10 5s, £9 2s 6d, £8 15s down to £5 5s; others, from 15s upwards; dairy cows, £9 to £13 10s; heifers, to £14; shom store wethers, 33s 6d.
