The Dailj' Mail says nearly 150u hotel workers who stayed 011 tlieir jolis during tlie Savoy group strike wincti was settled yesterday after last ing four weeks, are to receive shares in the coinpany "as an acknowledgment of tlieir loyalty. ' ' Mr. Hugh Wontner, ntanaging director of the group which comprises tlie Berkeley, Olaridges and Simpson s Restaurant, said the shares (worth 54s earh) will be negotiable w ith 110 restrictions 011 tlieir use. The strikers return to work in the morning. The grillroom waiter Frank Piazzo, whose distuissal caused tiie strike, will be found a 11'cw job and jutid a gratuity. »
