Received Wedpesday, 1QU5 a.tn. LONDON, PeQ. The Efouse of Lofds took thropgh ali its femaxning stages and passed the New Zealand Constitutiop (Amendment) Bill, giving the New Zealand Government complete freedom to amend its constitution accortiing to its own, wishes. The Leader of the Opposition, the Marouis of Salisbury, said New Zealand had attained full matiu- - ity and was in all respects a nation equal to Britain. New Zealand was no longer in need of guidahce. The Liberal Leader, Viscount Samuel, said the House sent New Zealand a rfiessage not only of Britain's respect, but of deep aifecfion for a great Dominion.
