MR. CHURCHILL RETURNING TO CONTEST ACTION
WELLINGTON, Dec. 3. The Wellington legal advisers of Mr. Randolph Churchill have been informed that he will arrive in Auckland by air from the United States on December 11 and fly to Wellington the same day. The purpose of ' Mr. Churchill's return is to contest an action in the Supreme Court, Wellington, a,s plaintiff ,for an alleged libel against the Southern Cross, Wellington. . Mr. Churchill has been lecturmg in the United States und the communication was received by ra'dio-teleDhone from New York.
