BRAWLS AT FASCIST MEETING IN BRITAIN
LONDON, Nov. 30. Crowds at a Fascist meeting in Hyde Park smashed the platfonn and chased the Fascists, calling them "Fascist swine." The police arrested some of the Fascists. Fresh brawls broke out when police reinforcements tried to detain antiFascists, whom the crowd freed. ' The police arrested, at a British League of Ex-servicemen's meeting at Bethnall Green, three men wlgio were charged with using words and obstructing the police. One was also charged with assaulting the police.
