Town Milk Price

Was the Government willing to agrre to the proposal of the Town Milk Federation for an independent tribunal and a costs, survey to determine the price of milk " for the currcnt milk year, asked Mr. J. J. M^her (National,' Otaki) , in •the House of Representatives. The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Cullen, replied that as a result of recent conferences between representatives of the Government an'd the town milk industry the whole question of a stabilised price basis for the industry was now under active consideration.
