GREEK ARMY OFFENSIVE.

Received Tuesdav, 7.0 p,m. ATHENS, Xov. 11. Mr. Tsaldaris announced that as a result of Anglo-American help, the Greek Army now has sufficient men and arms to undertake a decisive oft'ensive to crush the armed rising in Greece. As the guerrillas had ignored tui amnesty ofi'er, the army had been ordered to go over to the offensive imrnediately.
