B. Burdekin, yesterday, when opening the annual sale of work organised by the St. Mary's Ladies' Guild. He regretted his inabibty to be present at this year's sale. Canon Woodward went on to say that he hoped that all parishioneys would support the sale and help to make the day a success. On behalf of the eoui' mittee he thanked all who had helped in any way.
