Concern at the delay in enforcing the regulations aimed at eradicating tuberculosis in dairy herds supplying milk for town consumption was expressed at'the half yearly meeting of the Dominion council of the Plunket. .Society this week. The council decided to ask the Government to enforce the Act of December, 1945, making it compulsory for all such herds to be tested for tuberculosis. It was considered that the public were being lulled into a false sense of security, . not realising that the Act, though on the Statue Book, was not being , enforced. * ;
